страх., амер., разг. страхование уборщиц [дворников\]* (неформальное название злоупотребления страхованием жизни, при котором владельцем и бенефициаром полиса страхования жизни работника является компания-работодатель; термин применяется по отношению к ситуациям, когда полис приобретается компанией не для обеспечения выплаты компенсаций родственникам умершего лица или защиты компании от снижения прибылей вследствие потери ключевого сотрудника, а для создания возможности безналогового отчисления части прибыли на страховку и получения после смерти работника необлагаемого налогом дохода; часто такие полисы приобретаются даже без уведомления самого работника (что противоречит законодательству некоторых штатов), а в некоторых случаях сотруднику сообщается, что он застрахован, указывается, что его семья получит определенную сумму, но не сообщается, что сама компания получит гораздо большую сумму; название объясняется тем, что компании при этом часто страхуют не ключевых, а рядовых сотрудников, включая персонал самого низшего уровня)Syn:See: -
